Being partly Greek I’ve always been a little bit in love with the Greek islands. The sea is clear, the food is scrumptious and the architecture is beautiful. So when I was given the opportunity to jet off to Santorini I was very EXCITED.
We’ve all seen the pictures of the famous Santorini Caldera with white cave houses contrasting with the blue sky. Believe me, it is 100% more beautiful in real life!
We firstly checked in to Absolute Bliss hotel. I cannot recommend this little piece of heaven anymore. It is a little boutique hotel perched high on the cliffs over looking that lush mediterian sea.
Not only did we get our own little cave, but we had our OWN pool. It was literally one of those pinch me moments.
We arrived just in time for that famous Santorini sunset.
The room was too good to leave so we ended up ordering room service and a bottle of vino straight to our little cave. There really is nothing better than watching the sunset from the comfort of your own hot tub.
The next morning we were woke up to our breakfast being served right on our patio. You are probably aware that I am a huge fan of breakfast and believe me, this one definitely made it to my favourite (And yes that was only for two…)
You basically get a menu before your go to bed and you can request as many options as you like. I evidently got a little carried away…
This is a great dress for holiday. Easy to throw on and great for battling that heat. I managed to grab this beauty from Zara but unfortunately they have discontinued it. I have found some great alternative though….
Await for Part 2 of our Santorini adventures. We do eventually manage to drag ourselves away from this divine hotel!
